Please note that the following list of trail
riding areas in Alberta is provided as a service to off-highway
vehicle users by the Alberta Off-Highway Vehicle Association and
will be updated as additional information is received.
The use of off-highway vehicles in any of the
listed areas requires vehicle registration, valid insurance,
head and tail lights and a spark arresting muffler. An
adequate muffler is particularly important if we are to continue
to enjoy riding in these areas.

Approx. 40km north of Barrhead.
Staging area approx. 1km west of Klondike Crossing ferry on
highway 661. Riding is restricted to the area north of highway
and west of Athabasca river.

Redwater Natural Area |
Approx. 60km north east of
Edmonton. North of highway 38 on Victoria Trail approx. 5km. No
specific staging area, riding areas are north of Victoria Trail
on both sides of Range Road 205.

Approx. 30km east of Lac La
Biche, camping is available in the area. Please stay on the
designated trails.
